American Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups of cold cooked rice
1 clove of garlic minced
1 onion minced
3 tbsp. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. raisins , soaked in warm water 1-2 minutes
3 tbsp. butter
Crispy fried hotdogs
Sunny side up fried eggs
Preparation:
The common dish for bussy people to cook is American fried rice. It’s an American fried rice but actually with southeast asian origin. American fried rice is a Thai fried rice dish with American ingredients such as fried chicken, ham, hot dogs, raisins, and ketchup. If you are interested to cook this dish, it is not difficult to prepare american fired rice. To make it delicious, you can follow these simple steps. It’s almost the same with any fried rice you had known. First, heat butter in a wok then saute garlic until slightly brown. Add onions and saute until transparent. Second, add rice, ketchup and soy sauce. Then stir and cook until all rice grains are heated through. After that, add raisins and cook for 1 minute. Finally, transfer to a serving plate and serve with cripsy fried hotdog and sunny side up egg. It is possible to garnish with some corianders of the top of your dish.
